Your Trip's Public Page
Every trip can have a public-facing page that showcases your mission to supporters, donors, and prospective team members. This page is your trip's online presence — a place to tell your story and invite people to get involved.
Enabling Your Public Page
To make your trip's public page visible:
- Go to your trip's Profile tab or settings.
- Toggle the Public Page option to enabled.
- Your trip will receive a unique URL that you can share anywhere.
- The page goes live immediately — you can continue editing it after enabling.
If you're not ready for the page to be public yet, keep it disabled while you set everything up.
Customizing Your Page
Make your public page compelling by filling in these sections:
- Trip title and tagline — a clear, inspiring headline that communicates your mission.
- Cover photo — upload a high-quality image that represents your trip destination or ministry focus.
- Description — write a detailed overview of where you're going, what you'll be doing, and why it matters.
- Trip dates and location — automatically pulled from your trip details.
- Team information — optionally show team size and team member profiles.
What Donors See
When someone visits your trip's public page, they'll see:
- Your trip's story and mission description.
- A fundraising progress bar showing how close you are to the goal.
- An option to donate to the trip or to a specific team member's fundraising campaign.
- Team member profiles (if enabled) with individual fundraising links.
- Trip dates, destination, and organization information.
The page is designed to build trust and make giving easy. Donors can contribute with just a few clicks.
Sharing Your Page
Get the most out of your public page by sharing it widely:
- Social media — post the link on Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other platforms.
- Email — include the link in fundraising emails and newsletters to your church or community.
- Text messages — send the link directly to friends and family who might want to support you.
- Church announcements — share the link during services or in church bulletins.
The more people who see your page, the more support you'll receive — both financially and in prayer.
Keeping It Updated
An active, updated page generates more engagement:
- Post updates as your trip approaches — share milestones, preparation stories, and prayer requests.
- Update the cover photo periodically to keep the page fresh.
- After the trip, update the page with a thank-you message and impact highlights.
