Your GO Profile
Your profile is visible to your trip leader, team members, and — if you have a fundraising page — your potential donors. Keeping it complete and up to date helps your team stay connected and makes your fundraising page more personal.
Profile Photo
Upload a clear, friendly photo of yourself. This photo appears in several places:
- Your personal fundraising page (donors like to see who they're supporting)
- The team roster on the trip detail page
- Your profile card visible to trip leaders and team members
Click your current photo or the placeholder to upload a new image. Square photos work best — the system will crop to fit.
Contact Information
Keep the following fields accurate:
- Display Name — how your name appears to your team and on your fundraising page
- Email — your primary contact email for trip communication and notifications
- Phone — your phone number, shared with your trip leader for coordination
- Bio — a short paragraph about yourself. This appears on your fundraising page and helps donors connect with your story
Emergency Contact
Your emergency contact information is critical for trip safety. Provide a trusted person's name and phone number — this is only visible to trip leaders and org admins, not to the general public or other team members.
Fundraising Page Links
If you're on an active trip, your profile page shows links to your personal fundraising pages. Share these links via email, text, or social media to make it easy for friends and family to donate.
Privacy
Your email and phone number are only shared with your trip leader and organization admins. Donors see your name, photo, and bio on your fundraising page but not your contact details.
