Managing Your Supporters
The Supporters page shows everyone who has donated to your mission trip — whether they gave online through Stripe or their gift was recorded as an offline donation by your trip leader.
Your Supporter List
Each supporter entry shows their name, total amount given, number of donations, and the date of their most recent gift. Click any supporter to expand their full giving history with individual donation details.
- Online donors appear automatically after their Stripe payment processes
- Offline donors appear after your leader records a cash, check, or external donation on your behalf
- Contact info is shown when the donor provided an email or phone number — use this to send personal thank-you messages
Sending Thank-You Notes
While donors receive an automatic receipt for online donations, a personal thank-you message makes a lasting impression. Here are some tips:
- Send a note within 48 hours of receiving a donation
- Mention specifically how their gift will be used on the trip
- Share a brief update about your preparation and excitement
- Consider sending a follow-up after the trip with photos and stories of impact
Anonymous Donors
Some donors choose to give anonymously. Their donations count toward your fundraising goal just like any other gift, but their name displays as "Anonymous" in your supporter list. You won't see contact information for anonymous donors, but they may still reach out to you separately.
Exporting Supporter Data
If you need a list of your supporters for thank-you cards or tax records, ask your trip leader — they can export donation data from the trip's Donations tab.
