Setting Up Stripe for Donations
To accept online donations for your trip fundraisers, your organization needs to connect a Stripe account.
Connecting Stripe
- Go to Organization Settings in the sidebar
- Click the Payments tab
- Click "Connect with Stripe"
- You'll be redirected to Stripe to create or connect an account
- Complete the Stripe onboarding process (business info, bank account, etc.)
- Once connected, you'll be redirected back to GO
What Happens After Connecting
- Donation pages become active for all trips in your organization
- Donors can give via credit/debit card
- Funds are deposited directly into your organization's bank account via Stripe
- A 3% processing fee is deducted by Stripe (donors can optionally cover this)
Subscription Tiers
GO offers different subscription plans:
- Free — basic trip management, limited features
- Starter — fundraising pages, donations, team management
- Ministry — full features including advanced reporting, multiple trips, and priority support
